As Reliance Risk's Melbourne-based lead, Adam has consulted in the risk management space for over 15-years, specialising in the event and venue management industry. He has held roles at major sporting events such as the Commonwealth Games, Formula One Grand Prix, Olympic Games and the Australian Open, as well as providing event risk and safety services for local government and private sector clients. 

Adam holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Work Health and Safety, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He has completed COVID training with Emergency Management Victoria, the WHO, the Victorian Government, and ComCare, and is a qualified Chief Fire Warden. He also volunteers as a Safety Officer/COVID Safety Advisor with the Australian Red Cross.
